Last Train to Midland
The brief autobiography of Jack Lazzarotto, who is a popular ringside inspector for the Nevada Athletic Commission and high-ranking official within the Clark County School District. As told through Jack’s own words, he sheds light on how he grew up in an old mining town in Midland, California and what made him the successful man he is today.
Jack endured some hardships along the way, but everything that has happened to him – from living in a deserted area of America, to paying baseball, to being locked up in a Mexican jail – has taught him many life lessons. Last Train to Midland is story that pays homage to his humble beginnings and sheds lights on the fact that you can become a major success story no matter what hand you’ve been dealt.
Jack fondly recalls his youth, his crazy young adulthood and how he was the one who found the missing piece of EVANDER HOLYFIELD’s ear after MIKE TYSON bit it off in their memorable war.
